All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As many of our items are handmade, some orders may require additional preparation time.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

Local collection may be available from Johannesburg by arrangement. Please contact us after placing your order to organise collection.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, courier delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
