At Casava Boutique, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade baby products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, used baby products cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalised items
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
